The origin
How AskPages™ Was Born
AskPages™ wasn't something I planned months in advance. It came together surprisingly quickly while I was finishing a website project for a client.
As is always the case, customers have questions.
While working on the website, I found myself thinking about the end user experience. If a customer visits a website looking for information, where is the best place to put the answers? Traditional FAQ pages help, but they often become long lists that are difficult to search and maintain.
At the same time, I had been learning about AI Search Visibility. I knew that AI models, search engines, and customers all tend to look for the same thing: clear questions and clear answers.
I realized we could create a trusted place where customers could ask questions and receive approved answers instantly.
Then another thought occurred to me.
The questions themselves were valuable.
Every question a customer asks reveals something. Sometimes it reveals confusion. Sometimes it reveals interest in a service. Sometimes it reveals an opportunity the business may not even realize exists.
I started thinking of these questions as “nuggets of truth.”
If every question could be tracked and analyzed, patterns would begin to emerge. Businesses could discover customer trends, service gaps, frequently requested information, and potential growth opportunities.
What began as a way to help customers find answers quickly evolved into something much bigger.
The answers help your customers.
The insights guide your business.
